With over nine years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Margareta Fariadi brings a hands-on, people-focused approach to hospitality. Her journey began in Darwin, Australia, where she gained international exposure through barista training and various front-of-house roles. After returning to Indonesia, Margareta combined her operational expertise with entrepreneurship, managing restaurants and running her own culinary businesses. Since relocating to Bali in 2023, she has led café and bar operations before joining Prego Italian Restaurant at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua as Restaurant Manager. Today, she oversees daily operations, collaborates closely with the culinary and marketing teams, and ensures service quality and guest satisfaction remain at the highest standard—driven by passion, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.

Marlon's passion for mixology brings an added layer of excitement and refinement to every guest's experience.
