Chef Michele brings over two decades of culinary expertise, rooted in a deep passion for authentic Italian cuisine. His journey spans renowned destinations across Europe and Asia, where he honed his skills in prestigious establishments in Switzerland, Italy, Japan, and beyond.

From his early roles in Gstaad and Arosa to leading positions in Italy and Osaka, Chef Michele has developed a distinctive style that blends tradition with refined technique. His global experience is complemented by his time in Indonesia, where he led notable Italian dining concepts and curated bespoke culinary experiences as a private chef.

Now at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, Chef Michele continues to elevate Italian cuisine with a thoughtful, contemporary approach—celebrating authenticity, passion, and memorable dining experiences.

  • Dinner at Prego was a memorable experience, with Mr. Andik being friendly and very helpful. The Eggplant Parmigiana tasted authentic and fresh, with the Ravioli also tasting amazing. Kudos to the chef! The tiramisu, their best seller was also just the right amount of sweet!
